  • Keep your slippers close to your bed so that you don’t experience walking on cold floors as this can make you want to hop straight back into bed.
  • Ask your partner to get up at the same time as you. We often want to stay in bed and snuggle up to our warm, cosy partners, however, if you both agree to get out of bed at the same time, this will help you to avoid snoozing.
  • Pre-set your coffee machine so that it automatically turns on at the time that you wake. This will send sweet, rich aromas of coffee around your home and push you to get out of bed.
